Telkom ********** funds deductions

For almost 3 months I have been trouble by ********** deductions on my bank account by Telkom for an amount of R1000 up to R2000 a month. I don't even have a contract with Telkom I have been disputing these every month. What is going on with Telkom and *****ing my funds now you just deducted R2120 for what? I have no business with you
