Telkom ********** Debits

Greetings

On the 17th of June 2021 I received 3 notifications from FNB DebiCheck. These 3 notifications are from Telkom which seems like 3 different debit orders. Each one has its own contract number. TELKOM28595, TELKOM28506 and TELKOM28507. Each of these have an instalment amount of R610 and a maximum collection amount of R1830.

Now for the juicy part, I DO NOT HAVE A TELKOM CONTRACT and nor did I ever apply for one. I've had a contract 2 - 3 years ago that expired and I never reapp**** for a new contract. I have contacted your Facebook profile about this but I have a better chance winning the lotto than getting a response from there it seems. This is unacceptable and is clearly ********** activity.

I want clarity on this asap, otherwise I'm going to the police to open a case of identity theft and *****.
