Telkom ********** debit orders

In Oct 2019 I cancelled my services with Telkom. My debit order went off month end and I thought that was it. For the past two years Telkom has continued to debit my account. I have my back reverse it and a few days later they debit my account again using a different reference# and the amount increases by R299 - A collections agency sent me snotty e-mails of demand and called me a dozen times. They are as useless and as *********** as Telkom because regardless of how many times I sent them proof of cancellation they continued unabated for months. Eventually they did stop but Telkom on the other hand has not. A stop order does not work because Telkom changes the reference slightly each time and the amount constantly changes. I will be inconvenienced but will now close my bank account.
