Telkom ********** debit order

Telkom declined me for a cell phone contract then in return they send me invoice for debit order. Why do you want to debit me when my money was not good for a cell phone contract with you? Spoke with a consultant called Kgotso, who couldn't assist with this issue. Called many times and no one knows what is going on. Sent an email to Telkom accounts and didn't get a response.
