Telkom ********** Data Deplete

I am not happy with Telkom service, I called customer care about data usage on my phone that just goes depleted from 4GB at 06:22 this morning to depleted at 06:47 this morning, then they tell me they don’t log incidents for data usage - it’s not the first time it happens to me. Same thing happened in September and now again in November. I am on a 20GB monthly contract and this is unacceptable - here’s my number ***

For someone who’s always on wi-fi when at work to lose data so fast, it’s ********** that I pay every month but not get what worth I’m paying.
