Telkom ********** claim, chapter 2

Another zero from me. Telkom continue to harass me over this account. They have now set another debt collection agency on me. First it was NuDebt, then a lawyer's firm from Margate, now another debt collection agency called DebtIn or something ridiculous like that. When I spoke to whoever it was at the agency, I told them that I had sent all relevant information to both the lawyers and the other debt collection agency, and for this latest lot to get in touch with them The answer I got was "Oh, we don't do that." They can't make a simple phone call? I have already paid Telkom R1140.75, far more than they should have got, seeing that they charged me for line rental for 10 months when I no longer owned the property, and the line was inactive, and I had received notification from them acknowledging receipt of payment from them. Is this an example of another one of our ******* SOE's getting their funding by ******ing money from our citizens for ********** claims?
