I received an email regarding an online order and a pre-credit approval request.
I haven’t app**** for anything !!!
Honestly this is exasperating , I don’t want anything to mess up with my financial standing !!!

I have been trying to get assistance and feedback on the matter but no one is saying anything !!!

Can someone look into the matter urgently and kindly advice !!!!
