Telkom ********** accounts

A ********** account was opened in my name. I have engaged with Telkom in numerous occasions. I have completed and submitted all the forms and affidavits as requested by Telkom, However they still maintain that I owe them. I have never had a Telkom account, and I have never bought anything from them. Telkom has not been able to provide me with any evidence that links me to this account other than my name and bank account
