Telkom - ********** account - ITC

Telkom created a ********** account on my name, I had a fibre contract with them and they decided to open another one on my without my authority, they started billing me on that account. It took months for them to try and assist I phoned a couple of times with no help. They later even decided to place me on ITC. Later on I closed the original account and they still wanted to bill me. Later both accounts were stopped/cancelled but I still had to pay I decided fine I will pay the R750 just to get my name cleared. Months after the payment they decided to send another company after me requesting money again after I cleared the debt and sent them the proof of payment
