Telkom ********** account

********** account was open under my name at Telkom two phones were taken, Telkom keep on insisting that it's me. I provided with an affidavit and my certified ID copy the matter was processed but no outcome year 2015. Nudebt phone me this year 2018 say I owe Telkom R26 281.86 they have instructions to issue summons. I have been asking Telkom and Nudebt to provide me with a contract,voice recorder or anything proves that I made signature. They fail to prove me wrong so it seems like it's an internal job. Please help me to expose Telkom with their staff members and I need advices what to do from now on.
