Telkom -*****ulant activity

Telkom is *****ing my money and I am sure millions of others. I purchased a phone for one of our staff due to his cell were ******. However Telkom is suppose to deduct under R300.00 they deducted R800plus and again R1300 today via Debit Order. I Capped the calls clearly they are not human may Karma get all of you leaches. First off the contact person did not said its a open line I need to contact Telkom to cap calls which I did at R150.00 however I just want to pay for the cell phone its been over a month an no one get back to me no one correct my account -I did not even receive an account this is *****-Legal steps to follow.
