If I could rate telkom a zero, I definitely would. They have been taking my money for over three years now for a data contract sim card which arrived after three weeks and didn't work. They sent me settings but still nothing and this was back in 2016. I reversed my money and canceled the contract because I was losing money but they did not cancel it, I have done this three times already but proven to be useless
