TELKOM ********** and *******

Had a very bad and annoying experience with Telkom. They subscribe your number to services that has nothing to do with you there by taking your Airtime without your consent. They subscribed me on things like SLEEP-YOGA, DISKI-CHAT amongst others. Got sequences of SMS with 30 sec apart and these SMS deducts R3 rands each until they Mt airtime depleted. I called Telkom and they said those subscriptions has nothing to do with them but yet Telkom permitted these subscriptions to deduct airtime from ur balance under their platform. I asked for my Airtime back and was told I can't get it back because they don't know these people. Telkom de*****s people from time to time to make a buck or 2 at the expense of its customers meanwhile these airtime is reserved for calls or data or even for emergencies and Telkom robs customers of that.
