if I could give them minus rating I would. I cancelled my contract after it expired and I am still being debited and the amount keeps increasing. Went in store and consultant did confirm that I no longer have an account with the service provider. The call agent called and could not provide valid information to explain why I am being debited. This is ***** and is affecting my life negatively. This is the worst service provider!! Sadly they are not only doing this to me. Everywhere i go people are complaining about the same thing.
