Telkom **********

My ID document was ****** in June 2017, where the someone took a Telkom cell phone contract using my details. I only became aware of this when money was being deducted from my bank account. I went to Telkom Water Fall Mall to open a ***** case. I have been doing follow ups, but to date, nothing has been done and this is affecting my credit record in a very bad way. The case number is ***1. Please assist.
