Telkom has been *******ly debiting my account for 6 months now, I have to pay bank charges. Been in and out of stores. Calling the call centre is useless, they deny everything even though I show them my statements. Telkom shop confirmed that my account details are being used on someone else's account. Telkom's mistake, but I have to pay!! Telkom taking no responsibility!!!
