TELKOM *****S!!!!!

Account was canceled last year in October (Order number ***A) Called the call center plenty of time during the time. Only to find out my last bill will be on the 9th of May which is 7 months later. And my contract was over before I canceled with them. Since then Telkom owes me R1700, and my R700 deposit I paid when I started my contract. When contacting them, its always the same story " it's with the credit manager" Case number (***9) I'm so tired of phoning and complaining about this disgusting services. I should not be waiting 7 months for a refund. They are *****s and rogues
