Telkom *****/Bad service

There is a charge for AKINGA VERTICAL SERVICE which is a subscription that I did not agree to. Telkom is claiming they have nothing to do with it however when you search on line what this AKINGA VERTICAL SERVICE is then it comes up as a TelkomPlus service. Telkom consultants cut my web chat and calls when i tell them i would like to dispute this service, i should not be charged for something i am not aware of and have no knowledge about
