TELKOM ***** ---- what a JOKE!!!

I am really concerned that I cannot get an answer from Telkom *****, I relayed a matter with Telkom Alberton City on 21 September 2021 with Order No. ***A I was told that ***** have a 7 day turnaround time. I heard nothing so went into the branch on 27th Septemeber 2021 to enquire on the outcome, nothing had yet been done. I was then told that the matter would be escalated and the turnaround time would be within 24 hours.

It is now Tuesday 05th October and still NO ANSWER from ***** - this is a business number that I have had for 9 years, I have not only lost all the potential incoming business for previous number of months plus due to the ineptness of the Telkom Branch / Telkom ***** am losing more business.

Well I am now at the mercy of I don't know who, because form previous experience Telkom don't give a damn about Hello Peter or any bad publicity.

All I can say is that privatisation has to happen in this country if we have any thought of this country coming out of Junk Status - who wants to invest in a country that has no customer service at all - nada.
