I have made an online application for an i phone the next day I Recieved a call from one of your online sales agent SONWABISO .he Finalised the order and i asked him if my order was approved he said yes it is approved ,he even sent me a one time pin.then my wife took over the call and she clearly asked him if my order is approved not pre approved he said yes its approved it has to go to the back office. afetr the call we have not recieved any communication no emails no sms nothing today on the 19th of August i get a sms confirming my sim card will be delivered. this is a total mislead .firstly the order was declined and i was mislead and now sonwabiso processed a data sim totally **********. i am writing up to the complaints board As well as the ombudsman. this is not acceptable at all. Telkom must compensate me for all that i have been through. I want to have a conversation with agent that mislead me. I am going viral ,this is *****!!!!!
