I don't understand why they can't do the cancellation in store, they told me to do it online and i keep getting errors online. Used the chat with telkom support option and did not help. The lady helping (Zanele) keeps on asking me "is there anything else you need assistance with "i am like did you help me with the first problem ? she hung up . poor people s****s poor support

why cancel online if you can open the contract in store?
