Telkom ***** ongoing since 2017

***** ongoing since 2017. My line was cancelled and physically removed in 2017 yet they continue handing me over to attorneys & debt collectors for non payment to date. I haven't even had a physical connection socket for a phone in my house since then. Contact cannot be made with anyone apart from the *********** call center "agents". If this is not ***** then the only conclusion I can make is that the staff are all retarded.
