Telkom ***** on my name

I have a big problem with Telkom. You are useless when I call, since 2017 October, I have been telling you that I am being emailed and called for a Telkom mobile phone for 3 landlines of which I claimed was *****. Now I was sent to Nudebt and they insisted I send my copy of my identity number which obviously has my signature and now I'm listed on Itc for an account belonging to my ex husband. This was dine direct by Telkom. I done the right thing to report it as *****. The 3 account numbers are ***, *** & ***. Thereafter I got listed onto itc for a debt I never made. My ex husband is Anthony Mark Jooste. This account has nothing to do with me. I communicated with Elaine Jack at ***. I spoke to others at Telkom and no joy, instead I am advised it is my debt and I was sent a slip with my signature forged on a slip. Since 2017 asked for a copy of the original contract even this morning I called on the no, 10213, I spoke to Banda, they said to call accounts and billing on 10210 and I am told that they cannot provide me with the contract proving its in my name and keep telling me to call everywhere else. The branch at The Glen Telkom , they said i must go to the branch where I opened it, I don't know where it was opened since I never opened these accounts. I called *** consultant number 3. She said she cannot give her name and logged a ***** request that this account is opened **********ly in my name by my ex husband. I'm a single parent with 2 kids to look after. My company can fire me for being on ITC. You, Telkom have tarnished an innocent person's name. I want this account removed off ITC immediately. Since 2017 nobody can prove that there is an account in my name. I was told on an email from *** that this account is for AM Jooste, so why have you placed me on ITC. Do you think it's right, putting the incorrect persons details on Itc. You have tarnished my name and I will take this matter to court if you don't remove my name urgently. Please see ***** report no for 6 January 2023 no 058408. If this is not resolved I will sue you for deformation and for messing up my name. I sent affidavits and my ID copy in good faith that you will resolve this. Instead I was emailed back it's not ***** it's my account. Yet no proof can be provided that I app**** for this.
