Telkom ***** on my fnb account

I'm fuming with Telkom ,they tried to debit from my account but they were unsuccessful so I contacted them in regards to the ***** that was done from them..I have emailed them at *** and im yet to get a response while I'm stressed about the ********** that has occurred
