Telkom ***** of a company!

Hi. We moved into a new home at end of december and recieved our telkom fibre line by January. Since we had the fibre telkom NEVER DELIVERED what they promise with the service of a uncapped 20mbps download speed. I have several tests showing my line running at lesst that 2mbps I have even had speeds of 700kbps which is pathetic and just a ***** of a service. I tried to get this problem resolved several times but no luck at all. I feel that telkom in this way is steeling money because this contract is R999 per month and I can hardly use it. Have to reboot the ONT and router constantly to just get it up and running for a few minutes before it starts giving problems again. I have had ENOUGH. Please advise what can be done. Telkom is a joke and a ***** and is worth nothing!
