Telkom ***** is shocking

Telkom took R14900 from my account today. I do not have any products with Telkom. They have my ID and bank details on record and cannot tell me how they obtained this without my consent. They say a case has been logged and could take months based on their investigation. What must happen to my debit orders that have bounced? I'm desperate to get some assistance please.
