Telkom *****

Im opening a ***** case. I didnt renew my contract with Telkom and someone at telkom renew my contract without my permission. They said i received a laptop etc, i didnt receive anything or signed for anything. Ive been struggling with this now for 7 months.

Nothing they just dont give a .......

Even my telkom app is not working.

They dont even have my previous refrence numbers on their system. So we can just tell that it is someone in telkom trying to hide something. I have send police affidavit and all required information but 7 months later they still deduct money from my account.

They just send a email saying the issue has been resolve.

I need a number for them and someone that is reliable at Telkom to sort this.
