Telkom *****

I took a contract phone in 2010 and it ended in 2012. I notified them verbally and via email that i dont wish to conyinue coz the sim card coukd not be activated due to no telkom outlet in queenstown. In 2014 i wanted to applu gor home loan and they wanted my one year bank statement. I noticed 90 rands deducted for more than six months. I asked the bank who is debiting they said telkom and they cant reverse it. Then telkom handed me over to nudebt . Instead of me suing telkom for taking money from my account without my permission they handed me over to debt collectors. I wanted to get a telkom mobile now. They say i must pay 609. I dont understand why. They r *****s
