Telkom ***** customers

This Month i got billed of R12,755.26 from Cellphone Contract but when i asked for Statement it shows that i was sending SMS to 34733 number every 2 seconds that cost R11.199.10 which is False i didnt send these SMS and also shows that i have transferred R300.00 to ********** 448 i don't know the number , one things worries me is that if i have blocked airtime usage on my contract how did SMS sent and transfer airtime This is ***** , am involving Laws and taking you to ICASA consumer to deal with this issue , TELKOM
