TELKOM ***** CONTRACT ACCOUNT AND POOR SERVICE

Hi everyone,

I need assistance with a ********** Telkom account that was opened in my name. I took a contract with Telkom in 2016 and I submitted all my documents to them so they basically have all my information.

I was however dissapointed when a ***** star took a contract worth more than R1000 in my name while Telkom had my information and they never even bothered to call. I have been trying to call their phones and they don't answer, their numbers do not exist and I even went to the Telkom store in menlyn and I sat there for minutes and still didn't get any assistance.

can somebody help???
