Telkom ***** contract

I have been debited by telkom mobile as from Dec &kept reversing the debit every month latest amount it was 5499 and 1899.i dont have any contract or any dealings with Telkom.i have tried to contact them to report but no luck I sent emails no feedback and this is affecting my credit record.i need it to be deleted
