Telkom ***** and unauthorized subscriptions

On the 30th I received an SMS saying I almost reached my account limit then I quickly went to my Telkom app only to find that I owed close to R7000 due to subscriptions on my two numbers and this numbers are used in routers. Then went to Telkom Mall of the north they said they can only view the bill after the 5th, lodged a dispute and they told me I have to pay there's nothing they can do no investigation nothing.
