Telkom - ***** and shocking follow-up

Telkom is trying to be the leading telecomms organization but failing abysmally.

1. A telkom team arrived to install my fibre line. They were on the 'take' demanding money to be paid in cash for "extra cable meterage" that I later confirmed with telkom was a *****. When I offered to call their supervisor they immediately withdrew the request. I have witnesses to all of this.

2. I reported the incident via email and on the telkom FB page and three days later had received only a 'bot response via messenger that basically went no where except to advise me that fibre wasn't live in my area. Which was incorrect.

I called and cancelled my fibre line order with them subsequently based on all of this. The service personnel weren't in the least bit interested as to why they had lost a customer.

So goodbye Telkom - you certainly don't deserve my hard-earned dollars.
