Telkom ***** accounts.. utterly useless.

In Aug i was shocked by a debit order of R1702 instead of the usual R655 i paid for my cell so i rushed to the Telkom store in northgate where i was showed that 3 contract devices were **********ly taken on my account. The consultant immediately logged a ticket for *****. It has been 2 months now and no one has bothered to call, allocated to my case or working on it. Telkom has now suspended my line since i have only been paying my correct amount each month. I am made to suffer for a problem they needed to sort out ASAP. problems never end with this company. regret the day i walked into they store
