Telkom ***** accounts

Even after I have informed Telkom that a ********** account was opened in my name and requested to stop the debit order. They change the reference numbers on the debit orders and therefore it still goes off your bank account. They open accounts without checking information and requesting bank statements, thus assisting ********** to accomplish their actions!!!
