TELKOM *****

The public should be warned not to enter into an internet account with TELKOM! I have an LTE internet service now for quite a while, and the service is almost non-existent. I phone numerous times a week to lodge a fault, but NOTHING IS DONE. I pay over R800 per month and I hardly ever have internet connection. When I asked to coancell the contract due to TELKOM's inability to provide the service they offered when I subscribed, I was told that I have to pay a cancelation fee of R16,000. THere are no words to describe their utter failiure to provide a service as per their contact.
