Telkom *****

Upgraded our internet contract from 30gb to 50gb. At billing time Telkom add a new 30gb Contract along with the upgrade. Since Feb 2019 till now R699.00 was deducted for contact that we did not requested or are using. Numerous complaints was lodged at Head offices, Telkom staff members says we are lying etc. Case of ***** has now been opened at SA POLICE, this month again R699.00 has been deducted! Are they so ******** that they do not care? Next step get lawyers involved. Why are we still supporting Telkom?
