These ********* should all go to jail. In October 2020, 2 smartbroadband 20GB subscriptions was opened on my name without my knowledge. Most likely an inside job, how do they rica the sim cards? I was asked to go to the police and hand in an affidavit at Telkom for them to do an investigation but they won't be able to cancel the subscription. (Telkom opens accounts in an instant, but they can not cancel subscriptions, all part of their ********** practices) Nothing is being done about the disputes logged on their website either. Also, looks like suspending sim cards on their website does nothing at all. Please Telkom, STOP *****ING YOUR CLIENTS MONEY! Contact me so that we can sort this out
