Good day

I have been reporting ***** on my name with telkom for the last 4 months now and to no response from them except that i must pay. I have sent mails,made calls and even tried to chat to their online help desk.

I went into the store with proof in hand and all i got was o sorry i cant help that needs to be taken up with accounts.

This is pathetic
