TELKOM *****

I have a contract with telkom for 139 a month for 10gigs of data. On the 30/09/2019 they debited me R145 and i phoned them and they told me it doesn't reflect on their side and i even send an email with proof of that debit nothing was done. 31/10/2019 telkom started debuting the R139 twice in my acc and with R3.50 debit charge posses on my acc.. From 31/10/2019 till date 31/04/2020 Telkom is debiting my acc R139.00 twice every month and i lodged a dispute till today i have not even received a reference number on that dispute. RegardS
