Someone had opened a ********** account in my name using my ID number. I reported this to Telkom early December, I followed all processes as instructed by Telekom which included getting an affidavit from the police station. Ever since I have had to follow up with the countless times to try and get this account closed. Nobody calls or has done anything about this. In the meantime they keep trying to debit my account. First with 10 000 and now with 21 000. How USELESS CAN ONE TELECOMS COMPANY BE?! WHAT THE HELL DO I NEED TO DO TO MAKE YOU CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT AND INVESTIGATE THIS?????!!! This is affecting my credit record and there is nothing I can do about it!!
