Telkom *****

<p>Someone went to telkom using my identity,she make a copy of ID using my name and ID no and put her own picture,she purchased a phone,l made an avidevid to declare that is not me who purchased the phone ,after a month of them not investigating they are not contacting me and saying that they have forwarded my name to debt collectors,l went to require explanation they said l must pay that contract if l don't want my name to be blacklisted they will refund after investigating, telkom people are not helping me at all. They cant even provide me with any form of documentation that show that I have an account with them.</p>
