Telkom *****

I received a call from Telkom agent confirming my details for a cellphone contract application. I knew it was ***** therefore advised the lady to cancel the application and she advised me to join a rating agency to keep track of my credit profile. To my suprise I got a debit order saying Telkom R771.80. I reversed it and went to their branch in greenstone. The consultant in the branch advised me that the application was processed and those cellphones were given to the ********* despite having told the consultant it’s ***** as I don’t have any other contracts other than with MTN.

I am very disappointed with the manner ***** is easly done online lately. Their 081180 does not seem to go through and I have the affidavit and ID as advised that I have to send to them. It’s been such a painful to try reaching out to them for assistance despite having told them I don’t want a contract but their ******* staff went on to process the application just push sales targets.

Telkom I need your assistance before this damages my credit profile further!!!!!!!!
