Last year a person **********ly uses my details to get phones from telkom, the person did not pay the account ,now I was contact by the debt collector to pay the account, I had to prove the account was not mine ,which was successful but now Telkom still didn't remove the account on my name and it's making things difficult for me to acquire credit ,as the account still appears on my credit report
