Telkom *****

I received an email stating i placed an online order even though i have not made enquiries or any online orders with Telkom. They are not a company i want to do business with anymore. I called their crime hotline and call centre who were not able to assist me. This is *****.

The email stated the following:

"Dear Customer Rughshana Telkom SA appreciates your online order request. Kindly note that your request will commence with a pre-credit approval and you will be contacted by our online team within 48 hours to confirm your order. Please note that your order will only be issued once you have been contacted by our online sales team. We look forward to being of assistance. " I want some answers on whats going on or the details of the transaction/s.
