I have a data contract with you guys. Out of the blue 3 recurring data bundle have been added to my contract and I now a monthly installment 9f R149. 00 has gone to R544. 00 this R400 extra that Telkom is taking from my account without my consent. It is not enough for Telkom that I did not even request these 3 extra data which I have not even used they now taking my money without my consent... I DEMAND THAT THESE BE REMOVED FROM MY CONTRACT AND ALL MONEY TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY CONSENT BE RETURNED URGENTLY I GIVE YOU 24 HOURS FOR ALL THIS TO BE RESOLVED OR ELSE I AM TAKING THIS FURTHER AS HIGH AS I CAN
