Once again! My invoice/ statement dated 01 October 2018 stated an amount of R119.00 due & would be deducted from my bank account on 31st October. This is the agreed monthly payment. Today, 29th October, an amount of R320.87 was deducted. No explanation for this has been given. I stand by my initial and subsequent complaint that Telkom is in my case, acting **********ly. I expect this latest issue to be resolved IMMEDIATELY and to receive an undertaking that this will not occur again.
