Telkom *****

i app**** for Telkom line in Feb 2018 somewhere and never heard of Telkom again until June when i received a sms that the line will be installed for me. no one arrived the day scheduled, but the next day i received another sms congratulating me with the new line, But this line was never installed at my house but somewhere else in my area under my details. i now am battling to stop this account and get it off my name meanwhile the other family is using a service which is not in their name but in mine. i also received an invoice for over R1000.00 (for something i dont have the service of) since this line was installed in my name i tried to sort out with Telkom but until today no luck. i am now going to open a ***** case against Telkom because this is what it is...*****. i will never ever recommend Telkom to anyone. never
