Please assist.. A ********** account was opened in my name at Telkom Eastgate Mall and was processed by BOBO THABA. This was confirmed by a consultant in Clearwater Mall. and also in Eastgate. I went to ask them to show me the Documents that were used to process the Application and was refused by Lebo Enele (store manager in Telkom East Gate ).. he said I should do an affidavit. which I did and also submitted my ID copy with my 3 months Bank Statements as requested by Mpho Mokgweng at Telkom Maponya mall she confirmed a ***** case is filed and that I should follow it up with their customer care line. To add to the frustration a debit order for R3 200 was ran from my Bank Account on the 4th of December 2015.. I've had to go to the bank
