Telkom *****

My internet banking was hatched in September last and my details compromised. The hacker easily took out a data package with TELKOM even though my middle name was incorrect and there wasn't a proper street address on the invoice. I informed TELKOM and they requested supporting documents from me witch I sent to them .Every time I followed up they requested the documents and I resent several time . The matter then when quiet and I was under the impression it was resolved but all a sudden R21 379 is deducted from my account on Friday and another R7126 on Saturday. And TELKON continue to provide this person with a service and expect me to pay for it. So it seems TELKOM supports *****. I cant be expected to pay for TELKOM,S incompetence and stupidity.
